Wall Graphic Installation Guide

1. Wall Preparation

Clean the Surface: Use a damp rag to remove dust and dirt. For standard versions, some installers recommend a 70% isopropyl alcohol/30% water mix, but avoid chemicals.
Check Paint Cure Time: If the wall was recently painted, wait at least 30 days before applying to ensure the paint has completely "out-gassed".

2. Application Steps

Peel the Top: Pull down approximately 10–15 cm of the backing paper from the top and crease it back.
Align: Position the exposed adhesive at your desired starting point on the wall.
Smooth Down: Gradually pull the backing downward in small increments while smoothing the fabric onto the wall.
Squeegee: Use the supplied squeegee to press from the middle outward to the edges.
Fix Bubbles: If a bubble appears, simply peel back that section and re-apply it.

3. Pro Tips

Two-Person Job: For large wall graphics, have one person pull the backing while the other smooths the image.
Overlapping: Wall Graphics come in multiple tile/panenels with a 2cm overlap for a seamless look.
Keep it Clean: Avoid touching the adhesive too much; dirt and skin oils can reduce its stickiness over time.

Ordering Process and Timing

We try and make ordering with One Display as simple and efficient as possible.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for you job to be produced and packaged ready to send.

Once we recieve your order and file we will process and send an online proof if applicable for you to check and confirm image and quanitites etc.

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched promptly or made available for collection from our Auckland production facility. Customers will be kept informed throughout the process, ensuring a smooth, reliable experience from order through to delivery.

Print Production Information

Standard One Display prints are produced using either HP Latex inks or UV inks with both offering a strong combination of durability, colour performance, and versatility, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

HP Latex inks are water-based and provide excellent flexibility, allowing prints to be handled, folded, or installed without cracking, while also delivering vibrant, consistent colour with low odour—making them suitable for retail and interior environments.

UV inks cure instantly under ultraviolet light, creating a tough, scratch-resistant surface that adheres well to a wide range of substrates, including synthetic stocks like polypropylene.

Both technologies provide key benefits such as weather resistance, fade resistance, and long-term image stability, ensuring prints maintain their quality even in demanding conditions, while also enabling fast turnaround and reliable production for high-volume or time-sensitive campaigns.

All One Display products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and ready for use. We utilise leading courier and freight companies that aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service across New Zealand.

All shipments are securely packed to protect against damage during transit.

Customers are also welcome to collect their orders free of charge directly from our Auckland production facility, providing a convenient option for local pickups or urgent requirements.

Most orders are shipped within a couple of days, and you’ll receive a shipping notification with relevant trackign details when dispatched.

If your order is delivered damaged, it is important you can send photos of the packaging and prints, and replacements will be arrange if apporpriate.
